This policy explains what data Chill Travel Planner collects and how it is used to power trip planning and sharing.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to create and share trips: trip names, destinations, activities, and notes. We do not collect usernames, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. Your privacy matters to us.

Data retention

AI-generated content logs are automatically deleted after 15 days. All other trip data is permanently deleted after 3 months of inactivity. We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

How we use data

Your data is used to generate itineraries, sync trips across devices, and enable sharing links. We use analytics in aggregate to improve the product.

Sharing

Shared trip links are public to anyone with the link. You control what you share by deciding when to create or delete a share link.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services for storage, analytics, and maps. These providers only receive the data required to provide the service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete trips at any time. If you want your account data removed, contact us and we will help.
